Early Wednesday comedienne Leslie Jones was the subject of yet another racist attack. Online trolls hacked into Jones’ iCloud and posted her passport, driver’s license and nude photos on her personal website.
The hacker also replaced Jones’ website photo with a video of the Cincinnati Zoo gorilla Harambe, a reference used to insult Jones in previous Twitter attacks.
The SNL star has faced with the brunt of the prejudiced backlash to the remake of the film Ghostbusters, which she stars in, prompting her to leave Twitter just weeks ago.
TMZ reported that Jones took down her website due to the security breach.
These attacks come just a month after Jones spoke out against the racist attacks she received on Twitter on Late Night with Seth Meyers
After Jones spoke out against her Twitter bullying, the social media platform banned noted racist commentator Milo Yiannapoulos, who had encouraged his followers to bash Jones. It’s despicable that someone could be so vindictive to violate Jones’ privacy in this way.
